Conditions of Sale​

WE WILL EXTEND MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY, AND THIRTY-DAY WARRANTY ON ALL LABOUR ON SAME REPAIR. ALL LABOUR AND NON-MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY WILL BECOME VOID IF ANY PART OF YOUR INVOICE IS OVERDUE AND OR REMAINS UNPAID.

IT IS AGREED THAT A. A. CARTER ELECTRIC LTD. WILL RETAIN TITLE TO ANY EQUIPMENT OR MATERIAL THAT MAY BE FURNISHED UNTIL FINAL PAYMENT IS MADE AND IF SETTLEMENT IS NOT MADE AS AGREED, A. A. CARTER ELECTRIC LTD. WILL BE HELD HARMLESS FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE REMOVAL THEREOF.

Times on this invoice will be considered valid unless otherwise disputed by the customer. Travelling time to and from the jobsite and mileage charges will be added to all time spent on the job site.

Terms of sale are on a net 30 days basis. 2% per month will be assigned to all overdue accounts, unless previously agreed to by A. A. Carter Electric Ltd.

A $50.00 service charge will be charged for all NSF cheques.

All materials supplied are itemized on the invoice and will be considered correct by the customer.

The company shall have the right to furnish substitutes, of approximately the same value and quality of materials which cannot be readily obtained because of deliver or obsolescence. All agreements of delivery are contingent upon strikes and other delays beyond the company’s control. Quotations may be changed without notice if a binding order has not been entered and agreed upon by both parties.

All materials, workmanship, times and mileage will be considered correct upon acceptance of this invoice. If any discrepancies are noted our office must be informed within 5 days of completion. We reserve the right to cease work on any equipment when the customer fails to pay overdue accounts or does not comply with any contract agreed to by both parties.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE, FROM TIME TO TIME IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY POSTING THEM TO THIS WEBSITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THIS WEBSITE.
